World Health Day Smoothie Recipe

World Health Day is today. There are lots of ways to stay healthy, including eating healthy food!
Here’s a quick and delicious smoothie recipe. Smoothies are great because they’re easy to make and they’re super good for you! Try this recipe out for a healthy breakfast or after-school snack.
chickaDEE’s Super-Duper Very Berry Smoothie
You’ll Need:
- a blender
- 1 cup of milk
- about 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries
Instructions:
- Put the berries, milk and yogurt into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk.
- Pour your smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
