World Whale Day!
Hello everybody!
Today is World Whale Day! This annual holiday was founded in Maui, Hawaii, in 1980, to honour humpback whales.
To celebrate, here are some facts and jokes you’re sure to enjoy.
Humpback whales…

- …are powerful swimmers.
- …love to jump out of the water.
- …eat small fish and krill (a shrimp-like animal).
- …are known for singing loud songs that can last up to 20 minutes long.
