Wow Shot: The Movie(s)

Happy October, everyone! I’ve got a cool couple of videos to get you stoked and excited for both the month and a spooky Halloween season to boot.

If you flip to page 4 of the October issue of OWL (it’s okay… I’ll wait!), you’ll see a wicked piece of light graffiti by Michael Bosanko. It turns out that’s not the only time the photographic artist has used flashlights to paint with light.

Cool, huh?

The first video is a bunch of Michael’s photo creations arranged in a quick slide show. The second, as Michael says in the video’s description, is all about experimenting with layering the photos and panning with his camera. Neat!

Also, the second video has a cover of a classic Green Day song as its soundtrack. Bonus!

Thanks to Laura and Susan for finding the “Wow Shot” in the first place. It’s one of my faves in recent memory.
